At BeadSparkles.com, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted jewelry. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

2. What items are eligible for return?

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items or promotional products are final sale and cannot be returned
  • We will process the return within 7 working days.
  • Once we receive the damaged goods we will replace that product within 7 business days.

3. How do I initiate a return?

  • Attach clear photos of the item if it’s damaged or defective.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

4. Who covers the return shipping costs?

  • If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For any other reasons, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
